All Sales Final

All sales are final. Except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

No Refunds

We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for any of the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Incorrect quantity selected by the customer
  • Subjective dissatisfaction
  • Claims that a product did not meet expectations
  • Improper handling, storage, or misuse
  • Delayed package retrieval after delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Limited Exceptions

We may, in our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund only in the following limited circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product due to our error
  • Your order was materially damaged in transit
  • Your order was not delivered and the carrier confirms loss in transit
  • The product was defective or non-conforming to the extent a remedy is required by applicable law

Claims Process

To request review of a claim under the limited exceptions above, you must contact us in writing at [EMAIL ADDRESS] within [X] days of delivery or expected delivery.

Your claim must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the package and product, if applicable
  • Any other information reasonably requested by us to investigate the claim

Failure to notify us within the required period may result in denial of the claim.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipment can be promptly received and properly stored upon delivery. We are not responsible for product degradation, spoilage, or loss resulting from delayed retrieval, unattended delivery, or improper storage after delivery.

Orders Outside the United States

We do not market or intend to sell outside the United States. If any order is accepted for shipment outside the United States at our sole discretion, the customer assumes all responsibility for customs issues, import restrictions, local laws, seizures, delays, and related losses. Such orders remain final sale except as required by law.
