How Ordering & Payment Works
Step 1: Place your order
Add items to your cart and complete checkout on the website.
Step 2: Receive your order number
After checkout, you’ll receive:
- Your Order Number
- Your Order Total
- Address confirmation
- YOU must confirm your shipping address before payment to ensure accuracy.
Step 3: Complete payment manually
Send payment using one of the following:
- Venmo
- Cash App
- Zelle
- Bitcoin
👉 IMPORTANT:
Include BOTH in your payment note:
- Order Number
- Order Total
Step 4: No need to clear your cart
Step 4: Cart Management
Your cart will automatically clear after 7 days of inactivity or if an order is canceled. No action is needed before placing a new order. All orders completed orders are kept for 3 years.
Step 5: Payment instructions / QR code
You will receive an email with:
- Payment details or QR code
- Any additional instructions if needed
Step 6: Payment verification
Once payment is received:
- We match it to your order
- Confirm everything is correct
Step 7: Order fulfillment
Once confirmed:
- Your order is packed
- Shipped out promptly
Step 8: Tracking information
You’ll receive shipping and tracking details once your order is on the way.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.
- Orders without payment may be canceled after a 7 day period.
- Always include your order number and total with payment
